Welcome to our Choctaw Lake page! We are so exicited to open our second location here at the lake.  Please stop in and visit Clarke & I at 1585 Chickasaw Drive, Unit B, at the Marina!  Look for future content on the lake in the near future!

I would like to introduce ourselves to you. We are Clarke & Kate (Crager) Tobin of Crager Real Estate. We are residents of this community that we both live and work in. Clarke grew up here and has been apart of the lake his whole life. Recently, as you may have seen, we have opened our second office here at the Marina. We would like to encourage you to stop in our new location and say hello, as we are anxious to meet and service the Lake. Here at the lake I hear a lot about how many homes are on the market. However it is important to note that number of properties for sale are just as comparable as last year, except sales have increased this year by 10%! Properties are selling!
